our process

Step 1 - SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION

Schedule your free estimate by filling out our contact form or calling us. We will reach out to ask more about your project and get you scheduled for your free estimate.


STEP 2: In person consultation

Once you have reach out to us, we will schedule your free consultation and a member of our team will visit your home. During the visit, we will collect more information about your project, make notes on dimensions, and take photos of the project space.


STEP 3: PROPOSAL & Design

After meeting with our team, we will work an a proposal with an exact quote for your custom outdoor project. The full proposal will be ready within 10 days.

Once the proposal is approved and a contact is signed, we will review the proposed project design and fine tune any details to the final design.


STEP 4: DEPOSIT & SCHEDULING

Once the contract has been signed, we require a $3,000 to $5,000 deposit, depending on the project. Once we receive the deposit, we will get you scheduled in our project queue. Tentative dates for project start will be provided and once we have a confirmed start date, we will provide you with plenty of notice to ensure the date selected works with your schedule.

Please keep in mind that we have ongoing projects and new projects need to be incorporated based on current workload, and will vary based on season and weather. Project initiations typically run from less than one week up to six weeks or more during our busy periods.


STEP 5: HOA approvals & city permits

Certain neighborhoods may require permits or HOA approvals for outdoor living projects. Our team will work with your HOA to file the necessary applications to secure approval and be able to initiate the project. If a building permit is needed, we will complete the application process for obtaining a permit on your behalf.

Processing times for building permits and HOA approvals depend on the organization providing the permit/approval. This process may take between four to eight weeks.


STEP 6: MATERIAL DELIVERY and material fee

Once the project is ready to get started, we will coordinate a date and time for materials to be delivered, and collect the material fee.

During this time we will request the for 20 - 40% of the total amount due. While the majority of materials for your custom design are readily available, there may be others that need to be specially ordered. We will communicate any delays in material delivery due to third party availability.


STEP 7: PROJECT MANAGEMENT & Completion

As the project is in process, you will see members of our team completing the work and the project manager overseeing the work. The project manager will collaborate with you and remain available via phone during the process.

Once your project is complete, the team will conduct a final walkthrough to inspect the final work. Once the project is complete and your are 100% satisfied with your new custom outdoor project, we will collect the final payment.
